Are you connected to any EAP Programs?

Yes! Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a dedicated service aimed at supporting both employees and organizations in navigating the challenges that may impact mental health in the workplace.

What is an EAP?

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and support service. We have designed our EAP program to assist employees in managing personal or work-related challenges that may affect their well-being and performance. At The Better You Institute, our EAP programs are tailored to provide timely and professional assistance to employees facing a range of issues, from stress and anxiety to relationship challenges and beyond. Our programs focus on brief, strategic skills-building to get you to a resolution quickly.

Comprehensive Support for Employees

Our EAP offers a comprehensive range of support services, including individual counseling for stress management, coping strategies, relationships, and more. We also offer couples therapy, family therapy, and child or teen therapy. Whether employees are dealing with personal issues, work-related stressors, or simply seeking guidance for self-improvement, our team of experienced therapists is here to provide confidential and compassionate support in a way that is unique to you and what you want to accomplish.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We understand the importance of confidentiality in the workplace. Our EAP services are strictly confidential,* ensuring that employees can seek support without fear of judgment or disclosure. This commitment to privacy creates a safe space for employees to address their concerns and work towards positive outcomes.

*If you are mandated by your place of employment to seek services, we are required to disclose certain aspects of your treatment.

How Does It Work?

Your employer partners with a 3rd party EAP company. The two EAP agencies we partner with are Spring Health and Health Advocate. Employees can access counseling services through scheduled appointments, either in person or virtually, based on their preferences by reaching out to their EAP and getting paired with us. Our goal is to empower employees to overcome challenges, enhance well-being, and contribute to a healthier, more productive life.

Invest in your mental health, contact us today to learn more about our EAP programs and how it can benefit you and support your mental health journey.

Which EAP agencies are you partnered with?

We are partnered with Spring Health and Health Advocates. Check with your company to see if they too are partnered with one of these companies and see if you have an EAP available to you.
