Meet Therapist Caitlin Siekerka, LPC  Specializing in

Healing from anxiety and trauma is not about quick fixes. It’s about creating lasting change by reconnecting with yourself in a safe, supportive space. As a Philadelphia anxiety, grief, and trauma therapist, I guide you through a collaborative process. We bring awareness, embodiment, and emotional safety to the center of our work together.

My approach emphasizes somatic therapy, helping you notice how anxiety, grief, and trauma live in the body. You will learn to respond with curiosity instead of fear.

In sessions, we slow down and pay attention to how emotions, sensations, and patterns show up in real time. By working with the body as well as the mind, you begin to release old survival strategies. You cultivate new ways of being that feel grounded, authentic, and empowering.

I draw from CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), somatic techniques, and a strong foundation of validation. This ensures therapy meets you where you are. Together, we’ll build awareness of how grief, anxiety, or trauma affect your emotions, thoughts, and body.

Additionally, my work is centered around the somatic and relational approaches to bring depth and sustainability to healing. Clients leave therapy with more confidence, clarity, and the felt experience of safety. Allowing them to move forward with resilience.

You will also develop practical skills to manage distress and create safety. My goal is always to balance evidence-based strategies with compassion. This helps the change you experience in session feels authentic and sustainable in your everyday life.

I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in addictions from Rosemont College. My background in acute care settings gave me a strong foundation in understanding complex mental health needs.

I believe healing is possible, and I would be honored to walk with you as you create a more connected and secure life.
