An intensive is a longer-format therapy experience designed to help you immerse yourself in a specific pattern, dynamic, or goal. With more time, you’re able to slow down, explore nuance, and work experientially without feeling rushed. Many clients find intensives create a sense of safety and momentum: you can stay with the work long enough to understand the pattern and begin shifting it in a way your nervous system can trust.
Why intensive therapy is different:
Extended therapy offers the ability to go deep and stay in the depths of the pattern to see how it maps and plays out in real time. It offers faster change.
Intensive therapy is catered to what you want to work on. Each participant will receive an assessment packet geared toward the issue you’re wanting to address. Your therapist will evaluate and create a unique plan based on your consultation and assessments. By the end, you will have gained a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns, and mapped how to make changes. An intensive has greater impact with a follow-up appointment to reinforce change or tweak where necessary.
