Caleb Dunn | MA
I have been told that I have a good balance of light-hardheartedness, quirkiness, and seriousness. I want you to know that you can be open about your struggles without judgment while knowing that I can handle the intensity of life’s challenges that you experience. Life is a process, and so will be our therapeutic relationship. I will help you in learning how your strengths can challenge and break negative patterns that you are struggling with surpassing.
My primary experiences include working with children and families in Philadelphia, and the greater Philadelphia area. I’ve had the honor of helping at-risk youth, young adults, and their families. I have volunteer experiences with the National Suicide Hotline, Peace Corps, and my local community. With therapeutic focuses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eco-Systemic Family Therapy, I look forward to understanding you, your child, or your family on a deeper level by exploring how upbringing, trauma, and interpersonal patterns affect how you got stuck in a life that you’re not happy with.
I am originally from the Pittsburgh area, but decided to stay in Philadelphia after graduating from La Salle University; the city has stolen my heart. Through my personality and therapeutic style, I find that I can both relate to and help adolescents and adults alike with the challenges that they face. My only goal is to help you or your child become a better version of yourself!
