I see therapy as a powerful tool when it’s a collaborative process where you’re in the driver’s seat. Using somatic therapy techniques, our work together will explore how emotions show up in your body. I’m here to support you with curiosity, empathy, and evidence-based tools to navigate life’s complexities. I also emphasize awareness, personal opportunity, and presence in the here and now. I will help you notice and explore patterns as they emerge in the moment. Whether we’re making space for deep insight or experimenting with new ways of relating to yourself or others, my goal is to support meaningful, lasting change that feels authentic to you. By the end of our work together, you will have gained awareness of patterns, developed tools to influence the dynamics of your experiences intentionally, and gained greater confidence and a sense of yourself.

My approach to therapy is grounded in Person-Centered values, meaning I believe honoring your unique experiences, voice, and strengths is paramount. I also draw from Gestalt therapy, using role-plays and other experiential techniques. Therapy models aside, whether you’re managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, the lasting impact of trauma, or feeling stuck, I’m here to share in your journey beside you, holding space and challenging you where necessary. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, nonjudgmental authenticity, and mutual respect, where you feel empowered to explore, grow, and create the life you envision with a trained professional.

Originally from the Greater Philadelphia area, I attended Temple University for my undergraduate education, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Temple took such good care of me that I decided to stay for more! I’m currently enrolled in Temple’s Master’s program in Counseling Psychology. I have a background of working in inpatient psychiatric hospital care. My clinical background in acute care settings has given me a strong foundation in understanding the complexity of mental health and the importance of creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where healing can truly begin.

If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold space for you in a structured, yet intuitive way, where you can fully be seen and supported to make the changes you want to make, I’d be honored to embark on that journey with you.
