Hi! My primary style is to meet each client with genuine warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the unique path that has brought them to therapy. I believe healing begins in safe, supportive connection and that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, processing past experiences, or exploring the dynamics of your relationships, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
I use a relational lens that helps cultivate self-understanding and strengthen connection. With both individuals and couples, I help clients explore patterns, deepen communication, process emotions, navigate conflict, and rebuild trust. With a collaborative and compassionate approach, I believe deeply in the power of change and when clients are given the right tools and have strong insights, they have the autonomy to shape their own paths forward.
I first earned my bachelor’s degree from Cornell University before then earning my master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. To this work, I bring a fresh perspective, an open mind, a steady presence, and a heartfelt dedication to each client’s growth.
It’s a true honor to witness clients in their most vulnerable and courageous moments; I am deeply humbled and grateful for the privilege to bear witness to your life. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me walking my goldendoodle, taking a yoga sculpt class, enjoying Mediterranean food, or spending time with family and friends.
