We offer in-person and telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups using an integrative, attachment-based approach rooted in process-oriented modalities, evidence-based techniques, and psychoeducation, all tailored to support insight, behavior change, and long-term emotional growth between and beyond sessions.

Ultimately you and your therapist agree on the frequency of visits. Most clients see their therapist weekly or every other week. There are a few things to consider as you decide what frequency of treatment is best for you such as how you process things, what your schedule is like, and what works for you financially.

Your session time can vary depending on your needs as a client. For some , a 50-minute session will be enough. However, you may experience times when you need a longer appointment. We pride ourselves on being able to accommodate your needs.

We see patients age 5 on up to adults. For children under 14, caregivers attend initial sessions. Often, family or environmental dynamics contribute to the child’s challenges. We focus on identifying root causes—not just symptoms—through collaborative work that may include family sessions for more lasting, meaningful change.

Not directly. We are an out-of-network provider, allowing greater confidentiality and treatment flexibility. We’ll help you understand your insurance benefits, offer claim support via Thrizer, and accept HSA/FSA cards. Receipts for tax credits are available to support your reimbursement options.

During your first session, we’ll review your completed intake paperwork, including discussion of confidentiality, and explore your reasons for seeking therapy. Our main goal is to create safety and rapport in our first couple of meetings. We will develop a plan that gives direction to your clinical work.

Yes! We create an inclusive space for all. Our clinicians value open dialogue, continuous learning, and mutual respect to support authentic, culturally informed therapy while maintaining professional boundaries that foster emotional safety for both client and clinician.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24+ hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations incur charges unless rescheduled that week. Weather or city events may shift sessions to virtual. We appreciate your consideration of therapist time and safety.
