Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns, in your relationships, in how you see yourself, or in the depth of experiences you haven’t fully been able to name? Maybe you’re navigating disconnection in your closest relationships, carrying wounds from earlier in life that quietly shape the present, or simply feeling like the story you’ve been living no longer fits. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
Healing is non-linear. It ebbs and flows, and that’s not a sign that something is wrong with you. It’s a sign that you’re human. My work is built around the belief that you deserve a space where that complexity is not only accepted but kindly understood. Together, we’ll slow down, lean into emotion, and build more self-trust and deeper, more authentic connections with others. You’ll leave our work together feeling more grounded in who you are and more capable of navigating the relationships and circumstances that matter most to you.
As a systemic and relational therapist, I look at the whole picture of your identity, your attachment history, your family of origin, your environment, and the narratives that have shaped you from childhood through today. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (individuals and couples’ versions), Attachment-Based Therapy, Contextual Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to offer an approach that is both clinically grounded and deeply personal. My style is warm, collaborative, and insightful. I will compassionately push when it’s time to move forward and slow down when it’s time to pause. I adapt to you, and I stay open to your feedback throughout so that our space always feels safe and honest.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Drexel University. I am currently a PhD candidate at Drexel, where my research spans LGBTQ+ healing after gender-based violence, intimate partner violence, health and aging, substance use, and couples transitioning to parenthood.
Clinically, I have worked with diverse individuals, couples, and families around attachment injuries, relational distress, trauma, and health challenges. I show up to this work with reflexivity and Person of the Therapist awareness, meaning I bring genuine self-reflection and curiosity to how my own experiences shape our work together.
I’m originally from Southern California and identify as queer, Latino, neurodivergent, and as a person living with chronic pain. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me playing video games, exploring nature, going to music events, taking long road trips, having silly moments with loved ones, and falling deep into Reddit rabbit holes.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.
