Choose the pace of therapy that fits your goals. Intensive therapy sessions offer space for more depth, quicker insights, and fewer breaks in your growth. Change feels steadier and more sustainable.

What Is An Intensive?

An intensive is a longer-format therapy experience designed to help you immerse yourself in a specific pattern, dynamic, or goal. With more time, you’re able to slow down, explore nuance, and work experientially without feeling rushed. Many clients find intensives create a sense of safety and momentum: you can stay with the work long enough to understand the pattern and begin shifting it in a way your nervous system can trust.

Why intensive therapy is different:

  • More time to go deeper without stopping right when things get meaningful
  • Faster momentum when weekly sessions feel too slow or too interrupted
  • A clearer plan for integration after the intensive ends

Who intensives are best for?

  • You want deeper work than a standard session allows
  • You feel like you “warm up” right as the session ends
  • You want momentum around a specific pattern (anxiety loop, conflict cycle, trauma trigger, intimacy block)
  • You’re ready to engage actively and practice between sessions
  • You want a structured plan, not just insight

What To Expect (structure, pacing, follow-up plan)

  1. Consultation: We clarify goals and recommend the best format.
  2. Preparation: You receive an assessment packet tailored to your focus area.
  3. Your intensive: A structured plan with room for real-time, experiential work.
  4. Integration: A follow-up appointment to reinforce change, troubleshoot stuck points, and translate insights into daily practice.

Extended therapy offers the ability to go deep and stay in the depths of the pattern to see how it maps and plays out in real time. It offers faster change.

Intensive therapy is catered to what you want to work on. Each participant will receive an assessment packet geared toward the issue you’re wanting to address. Your therapist will evaluate and create a unique plan based on your consultation and assessments. By the end, you will have gained a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns, and mapped how to make changes. An intensive has greater impact with a follow-up appointment to reinforce change or tweak where necessary.
